Jardine Flower Farm garden

Meet the Jardine's

Our journey began in our own backyard, where a passion for gardening blossomed into a dream. Today, that dream has grown into a flower farm where we carefully cultivate and cut fresh bouquets to share with our community.

At the heart of our mission is a deep commitment to leaving the earth better than we found it. We believe in sustainable practices and the power of nature's beauty to enrich our lives.

Join us in celebrating the vibrant colors and fragrances of our flowers, and together, let's make the world a more beautiful place.

MEET DIANNE

My gardening adventure kicked off when I discovered that Sweet Peas were my birth flower – talk about fate! Stuck in an apartment for years, I could only flex my green thumb with potted plants. But when I finally purchased a house with a decent yard, I went all out. I tore up the sod, creating sprawling gardens filled with perennials and buzzing with bumble bees.

The pièce de résistance? Carving out a kidney bean-shaped garden right on my front lawn, which later became the inspiration for our logo. With each passing year, I've expanded my green haven and introduced an eclectic mix of flowers. Yet, amidst the blooms, Sweet Peas still hold the crown as my favorite.

I wear many hats in my gardening escapades – from being the master planner to getting my hands dirty with physical labor. And let's not forget my most cherished role: passing on my floral fervor to my grandkids. They're the future gardeners, after all!

MEET CHERYL

My interest in growing flowers probably began with my grandmother. Nannie had a long perennial garden by the side of their house and she enjoyed spending time taking care of it. I spent a lot of time with my grandparents and have memories of reviewing the different types of flowers, how they grown and smell. Flowers elevate their surroundings with colour, shape and scent. They bring pleasure to a multitude of celebrations throughout the year and are symbols of love, peace and joy. Fortunate the person who has fresh flowers in their home throughout the year.

As far as my role in the flower farm I'm a mix of hands on, hard work in the garden and chatting with people at the local market.

MEET SARAH

My flower love story takes a unique turn compared to Dianne's or Cheryl's. I confess, I'm not exactly the green-thumb type when it comes to growing and planning our gardens. But oh, do I live for the drama and excitement that blooms bring! From the giggles of friendship to the sparks of romance, flowers weave tales of connection like no other. I'm all about the big reveal – seeing the smiles and gasps when we deliver a dazzling bouquet or set up shop at the local market. Give me a crowd to charm, and I'm in my element, swooning over our latest floral creations and spreading joy like pollen in the wind!

I'm the social butterfly of the group, always ready to mingle and make connections. And when it comes to staying hip and happening with the latest trends, well, let's just say I've got my finger on the pulse of what's hot and what's not!
